New Monitor

I am looking for a new monitor because I am unhappy with my 4yr old lcd. Can anyone recommend a decent monitor for photoshop work. I've read S-IPS monitors are the monitors to get but are very hard to come by. My budegt is around $400 so I am hoping I can get something decent that will give me accurate colors after calibration.

the Dell Ultrasharp 2007WFP is an IPS panel...

I have one and love it.

I was looking into that particular monitor- unfortunately Dell uses two different panels and one is a PVA for that model- you do not find out which one you have until you have it.
