New Nikon 50 f 1.2

Was just running through some Nikon equipment on eBay and found a 50 f1.2 AIS, as in new. I thought it be be excellent when coupled to my FM2-N. Got onto B&H website and ordered a UV filter, and Nikon lens hood. Have got two Nikon compendiums which give technical details, but was wondering what can I expect from real world usage. Thanks.

Not much need for the UV filter unless you are shooting film.Bjorn Rorslett's subjective Nikkor lens reviews is a great source for lenses of this vintage.A web search will reveal the URL.
