Hey everyone! Been working selling cameras for awhile now at Best Buy, and I could not hold out any longer. I used to have a canon xt a while back and did ok with it and its kit lens, but I want to really start getting into it now. Plus, my fiance is into it, so it is going to be a great hobby that we can do together.
Knowing that the glass is really more important than the body itself (but not as important as the one behind the camera!) I picked up a XTI with battery grip and 18-55 for her, and a gripped XSI with 18-135 and 50mm f/1.8 yesterday. I figured we can share the lenses, so no point in getting duplicates of any one lens.
I look forward to learning A LOT on this forum and really enjoying this hobby with my soon to be wife! :thumbup:
