I like the portraits a lot although #1 & #3 are a bit hurt by the hair over her left eye.
The color treatment enhances the impressions of the images.
I think the second one is by far the best.
She is bundled against the desolate day, the color of the image reinforces the impression I get from the surroundings. The composition is quite nice, really using the tracks in the snow to frame her.
The only thing that bothers me is how dark and featureless her scarf is; it is just a black hole in the image and I would lighten that enough to give it some texture so it won't make that pit for the viewer's eyes.
The portraits are nice! The hair in the face doesn't bother me much in the first one; I kind of like the wind blown look. I think it gives the viewer a "feel" for the setting in which the shot was taken.
The last two are...well, the first 3 are much better The bottom two seem to lack the composition the portraits have.
