New Rebel user

Greetings from Texas!

I have always wanted to take up photography as a hobby. I have always owned and used a camera, usually a fairly average camera. I finally made the leap to the Canon Rebel T2i! I have a lot to learn but so far I am in love with this camera.

I hope to learn a lot by reading and posting on this forum.

Hey there,

I'm new here too and I also have a Canon T2i! I've had it for a few months now but have just been using it on auto since I'm not doing many outdoor shots now that it's cold and snowy out.

I remember when i started into photography about 5 years ago late 2005, i've got the Rebel XT and i was so happy with it and learnt with it, but too bad i addicted to gear more than art or skill and upgraded very very quickly since that 5 years ago, now ended up with Medium format digital and film, so i really don't know what i think about, but i am so happy that even i upgrade my gear so crazy un-necessary, my skill growing faster than what i think and now i limited myself to be artist with my skill and gear as soon as possible.

We are waiting your shots, read more and shoot more and keep asking and experiment, no better way you can learn and do better photography by magic and you do nothing.

New to the forum here too ! I've been shooting with the T2i's little brother, the T1i. As i know they are fairly similar. But looking forward to seeing your pictures !
