New Scam on E-bay

Buyers beware!

There are different items for sale and you can click on their thumbnails to be taken to these items directly.

I ran into something else which I think needs mentioning.

If, for some reason, upon clicking on the item's thumbnail, you are taken to the 'sign in' page abort it immediately! That's how they steal your E-bay ID now!

This one's new on me!

I had to change my email addresses and passwords on everything today after logging into Ebay only to find that someone had put in a request to change my email - i've used the same email address for ebay since about 2002! I have never changed it. This, obviously, struck a chord of concern with me because once they'd changed my email address it meant that I couldn't receive emails anymore - luckily I sign in every day and so I saw this before the person who sent the request had acted on the email confirmation sent to the "new" email address.

Buggers they are.
