New Stock Photo Selling Site - please give your opinion and feedback!

This is my first post in this forum, I hope that I'm posting this in the right section...
Also, ADMIN, I just read your sticky about not putting commercial posts in here as a first timer, and I don't think this is a commercial post, because I'm not looking to sell anything to your users... just looking for feedback and maybe a few photographers willing to list their photos on our site.... thanks....

My company just went online with a new stock photo project, http://www.greatstockphoto.com, and I would really appreciate any feedback from you guys, what do you think of the overall feel and useability of the site? What about compared to other stock photo sites that you have used? We already have around 3000 photos online.

Secondly, I want to make the following offer to any photographers who might be willing to sell photos through the site: the way it's working right now is that photographers get about 60-69% of the download price per photo of theirs sold. What I'm doing for the first 50 photographers that join and upload 25 or more photos is changing the commission that they pay to 0%, so that they get 100% of the money paid for their picture. The only hitch is that if people pay for the weekly subscription feature (where they get unlimited downloads) download your picture you don't get anyhting for it...but it all evens out very nicely in the end, as we've been experiencing around 75% of all pictures downloaded are purchased individually...which means that you would get 100% of the money.

I hope I didn't get to longwinded here. I appreciate (and am impressed by!) anyone that took all the time to read this.
