New to Photography

Just decided to get into photography about... two days ago, as I realized I wanted a new hobby. Started cheap, so I bought myself a Powershot A520. I live pretty close to Denver, CO. Just moved here from Wisconsin. Hope to learn a lot, and i'll post pics I think don't completely suck

Hallo again, Nightfall, and welcome again to ThePhotoForum. Nice to be also seeing you in this Welcome and Introductions Forum, after we have already talked in the General Gallery. I take most of my photos with the Powershot A95, but I very very very much hope for a EOS 350D for Christmas. Sooooo much!
I am also and still and happily using film but more for situations that I am familiar with and can control which does not as yet apply to nighttime photography where I do enjoy the instant feedback that only digital photography can give me.
May I ask you how old you are?
