Newb with a nikon and a obsession.

Hey. I'm jake. Brand new to this forum. Relatively new to photography. I had been messing around with some point and shoots, and in november of last year i got my nikon d200 with 22000 actuations. Since then i have put over 9000 on it, and i am lovin every minute of it. Here are some starters. Feel free to critique.


hmm. and after some searching. how do i upload pics from my desktop?

I'm new here too, but it seems as if you need to have your photos in a place like Photobucket, or Flickr, and enter the url of the photo. Let me test that out:

I put 35000 actuations on my d40 the first year I had it lolz

haha thanks. and yeah, i figured out i needed to use photobucket. Is that a safe host? Or should i be worried about someone taking my pics?

You can set your pics to private if you want. I like Photobucket myself. Flickr is another alternative.
