newbie...first time sharing!

I posted this on the basics forum for newbies...but I'm gonna post it here too.
I'm brand new here and hoping to find advice, tips, support, guidance...etc on photography and CS3. I've been taking pictures with my Nikon D50 for three years now but just recently am trying to make a go at going "pro." ie...making money to send my husband to seminary.
So here's one of my most recent:

Work on getting those eyes sharp! I see focus on the chain on the swing. Love the idea though, I might steal that comp
