Newbie with a question

Hello there I have a Canon Rebel XS 35mm camera. I am new to photo and I took pictures with the camera i have. I got the pictures developed today and I noticed that the items in the back ground where on the wrong side. I font know if I did something wrong or did the photo place do a bad job. I need help please.

Most likely the negative was just enlarged back to front.

I wouldn't sent my film there anymore.

Like they reversed the negative.
Theres no excuse for that.
