Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello! My name is Neven, i'm total beginner in photo. I have Olympus SP 510-UZ. I know this isn't professional camera not even by far. But i want to know is this camera good for beginners, and can i get quality photos out of it? Thanks

A phone camera is good for beginners. The only question is where will it limit you. To my friends I often recommend a Canon Powershot A620 or something similar simply because it has features that allow the photographer to be in control.

Even with a fully automatic point and shoot camera you can still pop out some fantastic pictures, so yes it is a good beginner camera :). I started on a point and shoot film camera. So it's not a question of where you start, it's where you are going.

You might want to look at his work before reading because if you don't like what he is doing it will be pointless (the real difference between landscapes and portraits is that landscapes don't move and are harder to light ;)).

Should you get through all of these and gain a good understanding of what has been said, you can move directly to the Beyond the basics forum! ;)

P.S. It took quite a little digging to get all of these addresses together so you might want to save the list in case it gets lost. me
