I've bought from them for over 6 years.

They're great.

But they used to have much better prices. They undercut the market, established a name, then started charging the same as everyone else.

I prefer Tiger Direct, but NewEgg is definitely completely legit. Depending on what I am looking for, if I can find it at B&H Photo Video I will buy it there before any other retailer.
