Nikkor 18-200 VR2 help

Dear dslrlovers ,,


Im thinking of selling my Nikkor 18-200 lens and buying a 55mm and a cheaper fisheye (Rokinon 8mm) , but the problem is i lost my lens cap. Not the snap-on one with Nikon on it. But the other one for the mount. Does someone know where i can buy one? Preferably in Europe (i live in the Netherlands)

they are all the same, im sure ebay has them from china for $1 shipped...

Hmm i see. And whats the name of that type of cap? Just a Nikon mount cap or something?

Found it! Its a Rear lens cap LF-1

Since the Nikon mount is the same for all its DSLR cameras, all Nikon DSLR lenses use the same LF-1 mount cap.

That is something I've never heard before.

I think you are misreading. The op wants to sell the lens and is looking for an end cap before selling. I don't see where in the post it is stated that the lens is being sold because the end cap is missing.
