Nikon D5000 First SLR!!

Thank you for all of these fast replies...hopefully if everything goes as planned, i will be ordering my refurb from Adorama within a week from now. This would be my first real camera (not point and shoot) and hopefully my next post will be my first couple of pictures!

I don't think you'll be disappointed...I fell in absolute love w/my D5000 when I got my 70-300mm Nikon lens. It makes my family/friends think I'm good...results are amazing.
