Nikon D80 SDHC compatibility

Is Nikon D80 compatible with Sandisk Ultra II SDHC 4GB SD Memory Card (Class 6)?

Also, does D80 uses CF card too, if it uses CF card too, Which memory card is better as in speed, sturdiness, etc... for a 4 gig one between CF and SD?

The D80 uses SD cards and yes it supports SDHC so you should have no problem with that card.

You can't use CF cards.
