Nikon D80 - Thailand?

Are all Nikon D80's and lenses in their "kit" made in Thailand?

I purchased one at Best Buy and noticed on the box that they were made in Thailand.

Not sure about the D80 but my D70 and kit lens were indeed made in Thailand.

Does it really matter? Do you have something against thailand?

No, I don't have anything against Thailand, it's just that I haven't purchased a Nikon camera in several years and assumed they were all made in Japan like they used be. If that's where they're all made, I'm fine with that.
