what were you trying to achieve with this shot? To me this just looks like a snapshot.

1. You should've make the shot few seconds earlier, the sun is sinking too low in your current shot.
2. Include more "landscape." Or none if you're going to include so little that it doesn't tell anything.

To be effective, sunset and sunrise shots require perspective in both the sky and at the ground level. You are only halfway there with the clouds providing some perspective at the sky level. More attention needs to be paid to foregrounds to make this kind of shot spectacular.
