I can't really think of what to title this shot, but the idea behind it is that there are some belongings to what i can only assume is a "bum" from the streets of Milan, Italy.

those belongings are in the sunlight, but you can't really make them out as strongly as I had hoped. Where is he? etc. that was the idea behind the shot... but even as i shot it, i knew it wasn't quite right.

what can be improved? maybe a tighter crop all around to keep the focus more tight on the discarded belongings in the sunlight? also the sun blows out the bottom of the wall a bit...

well fire away i think the shot has potential

trying to title this in keeping with the discarded clothes is gonna be difficult as is IMO; for the reasons you've already stated. i like the composition a lot, but the area of refuge is too blown out and small for this title focus. could you stage a similar reshoot or catch this again?

unfortunately, i had to come home to CT, so a reshoot isn't an option, but i'm thinking when i remember how to use PS, maybe at least i can crop the image a bit so the refuse gets less lost then it currently does.

i think the cloths are in the wrong spot, but that couldn't be helped obviosly

but if the cloths where in the shade somewhere i think it would have been more effective

but where they are now they look out of place


it looks likw you took the picture standing neer the wall, im not really sure but i think it would have been better if you where standing in the middle of the walkway when you took the shot but like i said before im not sure

tighter crop all around, burned shadows on left & bottom, changed contrast & levels a little bit on remaining photo. better? still misses the mark? help!
