Noise reduction software?

Looking for some noise reduction software. A friend recommended Neat Image 6.0 which works pretty well (if I could get it to save in the correct format...though that might be a limitation of the trial version I'm using). Has anybody else used this or another noise reduction program they've been impressed with?

I use Noiseware Pro. I have both the PS plug-in and the free standing version. I love it! It's easy to use and works well.

I agree with Ian, I like it alot. I have both noiseware pro and ninja however I prefer noiseware.

Noise Ninja is nice.
Also use DFine by Nik Software - love the results

I just realized that there are two or three other threads similar to this one. Sorry for the repitition...and thanks for your suggestions. I downloaded all three to test them out. Now if I could find time to use them...

I use Lightroom. According to the website, TIFF and JPEG are supported for Lightroom2. Am I correct that means I couldn't deal with noise before converting to JPEG?
