Noiseware Software Issues... Need Help

I recently installed Noisewar Community Edition on my PC and it works great to take out noise yet maintain sharpness in a photo. the problem I am having though is when I use the program on a regular 6.6x10 image it enlarges nearly 4 fold after it gets rid of the noise. Am I missing a setting? Has anyone ever used this program or know of any other good noise reduction programs that do not enlarge an image.

I know I can just resize it in photoshop but I like to avoid to much sizing and resizing of an image.

look for a tickbox or dropdown in the program, constrain proportions/image size
