Noob, undertable lighting for videos and photography

Hi Guys,

I am new to this and I pretty much have no idea what I am doing lol.

So I want to make youtube videos and reviews (video and photography). I have seen some bright tables but do now know what the name of it is called. Can someone point me to the right direction?
