Whooohoo It's been 4 weeks now since the surgery and I get to go back to the gym on Monday. I am stoked. Nothing to heavy to start with. No weights but I can get back to the recumbent walker. Lowest resistance of course, but I will build that back up pretty quickly.
 
Well the first workout, was a workout. I managed to do my full 45 minutes but I had to set my workout level back to 1. I'm tired but it feels good to be back. Hope to be back up to full speed in a couple of weeks.
 
Good luck to you; but don't push it too hard! Take your time and, eh, don't worry about speed just focus on taking it steady with gradual improvement.
