Hopefully, they'll delve into an MX format next with a sensor size between FX and full medium format. I understand the implications of this in that they would have to create a whole new lens design. But, if they could keep the MP low, something like 18-24MP, with their technology, the camera would be unbeatable in the ISO dept. This is what I'm looking forward to. I could also enjoy a D700 replacement, though.
