very nice shot! and yes, it does look like HDR, but all the movement that laam mentioned is right....probably impossible to get a good HDR there....how was that shot taken? specs?

Not HDR, hand held shot, RAW, Processed in Lightroom.

it's possible to make a HDR from 1 picture if you shot it in RAW and change the expositions in the computer to generate 3 different exp. from the same shot

what do you use lightroom for? i just recently downloaded a full version, and im new to it.

I use Lr to process all my raw files, crop, clean, colour adjust etc. Its pretty sweet.

LR is an excellent option for simple post processing like cropping, color and contrast adjusting... it's easier and faster to do than PS
