I like the 2nd shot. The one with the relection of the tree. Taken at a different time of day, where the sky wasnt distracting or maybe some different processing, I think that shot could be REALLY great.

Here is my take on it. I think the softness makes it seem really peaceful.

I use a Panasonic TS3 on the river. It is a waterproof p&s that I can submerge and take shots of fish. I actually caught and released this bass, he stayed still long enough for the shot.

Parker, The camera's pics are naturally soft, primarily because of the waterproof nature of the lens. I like your crop and agree it is better without the sky. Thanks
