Old Arista Film development

I got some old arista 400 film back from like 10th grade. So the film was shot about 6 years ago lol, i just found it. Should i even bother developing it? If so what time should i use, the freestyle dev chart says for arista pro(which i think thats what i got) is 11 min. I think my teacher told me before that it needs to be longer because its old.

I usually develop old film as it says

Should be fine. Develop as normal. It's not like you stumbled upon verichrome.
