Old Chevy

This old Chevy covered ute has been sitting on someones drive for some time - no doubt a project that never got off the ground.
No idea of the model or age (70`s ?) so somone from across the pond will need to fill in that detail.

I was going to say 63 based on the hood vents, they only did that in the mid 60's.
