Heya -

Recently I got a box out of storage which was marked "Good Film." Of course, I got all excited and rushed home to open the box up, and it was like christmas in summertime!

Then I found out just how long this box has been sitting in my dads storage unit.

He told me he put the box IN about seven years ago, and the film itself could be up to 10 years old, from when he had his own studio.

Now, all of this film was high quality 8x10 and 4x5 viewcamera film when bought, and most of it had a speed of 400. I know it's all probably trash, but I'm a wishful thinker, and I'm hoping by some miracle it can still be used, because buying a lot of film like this today would run me around 200 bucks.

So, does anyone have any feedback to if this film is usable or not?

No the unit wasn't climate controlled ;_; and summers can get pretty hot around here.

Not positive on this one, but I'd guess they would be messed up. On the other hand, cant hurt to shoot a roll and see

Thats the thing - They aren't rolls. just sheets of 4 by 5 and 8 by 10 black and white.
