Interesting concept Walt. Here are the few things I've noticed. I don't think there is enough clearity in the bottom half of the window reflection to make the picture stand out more. I would like to see the build shaped more clearly like its top. The top half of the building is easier to identify but I don't think it has enough about it to hold my interest. The tree is also a little distracting and I don't know if it really adds much to the picture. Cropping some of the top might work also.

Definitely good concept. If you can try retaking the picture at different angles and playing with the reflection off the windows then I think you have something.

Interesting subject for BW.

The vertical lines are pretty straight, but I'd like to see the horizontal lines level.

Zooming in/tighter crop (as sugested above) to simplify the scene would probably help.

Also, I see no real white although I suspect there should be some. Adjust contrast.
