Literally. This is the gym where I went to high school. Built in 1944. The second shot is the big concrete supports you can see at the bottom left of number one.
The black portion at the top of #2 was the shadow of the pillar from getting up close and underexposing. Then I bumped the contrast.

First one is nice but the second roks! You have a great eye for geometric pattern. Nice BW too!
