Old SNL or Chapelle Skit?

I remember seeing an old skit on TV.. it was about guys wearing pants that let their "balls" hang out so as to show off their "man cleavage" -- it was hilarious, but I can't seem to find it anymore nor can I even remember what show it was from.

Does anyone else remember this?

I know there's a skit for a nut bra, but I'm not sure about a skit for man cleavage.

They did something like that in one of the jackass movies... Maybe that's it.

Was it? I have both seasons on DVD... I don't remember that.

I can't remember if it was in Chapelle's Show....although i can't think of where else I would have seen it..... All I know is I never watch SNL anymore so I can't be....
By the way a 3rd season was aired but I'm not sure if it was ever released on DVD, could have been 1 of those eposides
