Online Proofing and sales?

I am looking to host some images online for proofing and sales. Has anyone used Exposure Manager? I haven't found many reviews online, any personal experience good or bad? I am also looking at Print Room.

I use Exposure Manager. I have been very happy with them. They are extremely fast at addressing issues or concerns and even replaced a whole order I cropped (or didn't crop) incorrectly. By the way they also have an option for Metallic paper which is amazing for sports photography. I would highly recommend them.

How is the customer service? I haven't been able to find a phone # on the website only email.
