Ok, So I just found this section and though my post-count is not 1 I though I would still introduce myself. First off, Im Craig. Nice to meet you! I was born in Tampa, FL and studied art (drawing/painting) through most of my schooling. Photography has been something I always loved but never tried until a few years ago. But its only been a few months now of me showing other people. I just like to take photos for myself and knowing others enjoy them is a plus for me. I have strange hobbies (unicycles) and a stranger taste in film. Im a sucker for modern and vintage midnight movies. (Erasurehead, El Topo, A boy and his dog) I plan to get a Nikon SLR soon but for the moment Im working with a Sony 3.3 Cyber-Shot. It seems to be holding me over for the moment but my inner child is screaming to go manual. Anyway, it was nice to meet you all and I hope to learn as much as I can. Craig
Nice to meet you too! I would suggest getting a film SLR first, if thats what your heart is saying. Then buy a digital body that uses the same lenses, that's what I did. Have fun and welcome to the TPF!
