i was thinking of peeling it , maybe in a spiral or something, or just normal, but i havent really done much with it lately... still sitting on my desk

i'm working on something right now, its not peeled but its a little better in my opinion, but i didnt get the same composition as before because i couldnt diffuse the light enough without making it too dark

I really like the second one, maybe bring the light down a little to stretch out the shadow though.

Still, this is s flat picture. I don't get anything other than "orange".

If your intention is selling it at a stock photo website, It's good, there is no blown out areas, and you can clearly tell it's an orange. Go take 30 more in different angles, and upload them to a stock photo place and someone, somewhere, might buy it.

yeah, thats sorta what i was going for. I have reasonable goals, and i know that there really isnt a way to make an orange more than an orange. Does everyone agree that this is technically a good photo though? or are there things i could do to make it better?
