I like the image. I might throw it into photoshop to add some grain and blow it out a little. It's a bit clean for this type of image. Might make it seem as though the resident took the image with their old camera.

This is a gorgeous shot. The psuedo "snapshot" look works perfect with this. The only thing that reveals that it isn't a snapshot is the use of negative space.

I personally don't think it's too clean. It already has the look and feel that cotug described.

Cool shot. Looks sorta 70's/80's to me with the strong orange and yellow tones. Nice composition too.
