Orchids

Was walking in Chinatown, under cloudy skies. There is a vendor who always sells orchids and lotus plants down there. They look amazing in real life, almost fluorescent colored.

I had my new Contax G1 (w/45mm Zeiss Planar T*) with me and was testing out how Fuji Reala 100 film works out with it. This however is a cheap flatbed scan of the negative...the lines on top are from the film protector sleeve.

I would guess you are happy with the film you were trying out, aren't you?

I really like this photo! Love the colors and the placement of the signs with the prices, too. Looks like you've found an area that could have a lot of interesting shots!
