So over the last 3 weeks I have managed to break both my umbrella flash brackets.
I added a softbox to the kit recently and have wanted the option to use it with my speedlights so I was looking for a 2-for-1 solution.
With the other Bowen speedlight brackets I couldn't see for sure they had umbrella mounts. And what I always hated about regular umbrella brackets was how far away from the center the head of the light was once you added a hotshoe trigger.
So I found this option and seemed like a unique approach. Not too expensive so I went ahead and ordered it. The flash head should always be centered and the length of the speedlight + hotshoe trigger is no longer a factor

I will report back with my thoughts for anyone interested.
