Osprey from the past week or so

I haven't shared any Ospreys in quite a while now. Figured I would share a few recent ones. D300 and Tokina 300 F2.8.. Comments welcome..

1 This one almost flew into me. I was shocked the tokina with the promaster 1.7x Teleconverter actually locked focus..

2 This Osprey was straight above me and made for some tricky exposure.

3 I had just been shooting butterflies so I was stopped down F7.1 (exposes at F5.6 with my lens) + 1.7x TC so I was at f11ish

4 I'm pretty sure there are 3 blood droplets underneath the Osprey from the fish. Thought it was pretty cool

5 not my normal sharpness, but the look on the fishes face is priceless...

Wow kris! Great captures!

In number 3 I can almost read the tag on the osprey's leg.
In number 5 the white wave below the fish draws my eye a little and kind of reminds me of a chem trail at a quick glance.. Lol!

hah, the face on that fish in the last one is great, you can just see him yelling 'OH S%%T!' heh...#3 is my fav too but they're all very nice!
