i've been trying to get some different perspectives of parliament lately, this is the latest. i used a colder whitebalance and desaturated it a bit. i'd appreciate some feedback. thanks for looking

I like this. You definitely captured the colder feeling you were trying to achieve. It looks to be exposed rather nicely too, minus the RH side of the clock. Im not sure about the bottom section of the photo though. I dont know what it is, maybe a tighter crop would work?

nice idea, but if you notice the bottom part is slightly off angle, and you can see bits of some framing which really puts me off.
Make sure if you're doing a cropped picture such as a building not to half half of windows or frames or such, it's really important if you want it to have a clean, finished look.

The clocktower looks really nice though, keep it up!

its slightly crooked, and the clock is lighted on the right,. other than that it looks good.
