P/S cs2 purchase

I get spam 2 or 3 times a week trying to sell me software at discount prices. I never pay attention to it but today I noticed that they have Adobe Photoshop CS2 V9.0 for 69.95. That's almost 530.00 off retail. Is this for real or is it pirated software or a scam or what? Has anyone from here ever purchased this stuff? I've always been under the assumption that if it sounds to good to be true then it is to good to be true.

I doubt it's legit. Even the upgrades are something like $150.
