Paintshop Pro x* Question

I've been reading that X3 doesn't offer much more than X2 did 3 years ago. I wanted to know if any of you have any experience with both X2 and X3 and which you would recommend.

I would recommend X3. It seems to be more stable in that with X2, I occasionally got the "not responding" message at the top of the screen. X2 would also occasionally get hung-up in loading the "cache set-up".
