Panasonic LUMIX LX 7.......need help deciding. Is it worth $150.00?

I have been gifted 160 dollars and decided to try to bid on eBay for a compact camera. I've been researching compact cameras for under 200 or 200 max price, really don't want to pay 200. since I can't afford more than that. Wanting something I can take with me that will fit in a purse or pocket. Mainly wanting to use it as an everyday camera with decent low light for night shots, wide angle shots, landscapes and general day to day shots. So I've been thinking LUMIX LX 7. How much do you think it's the most I should pay? Or do you all think there is something better that I should look into that is similar? I've heard Canon Powershot have complaints on lens error and the Sony cyber shot have issues with moisture. I saw a Sony H20 in the pawn shop for a 100 dollars, but not sure if it's a good camera. Any suggestions and help would be appreciated. I'm dizzy from so much reading and researching.

I've never bid on eBay before, will be my first time yikes!!

The LX7 is a good camera. If it's in good working order, it's worth the price.
It's certainly much better than the Sony H20.
