I like the idea, but the blur down the middle of it, just above the pathway, as well as across the upper edge of it takes away from it for me

So it was relatively dark and windy when you went there and you had to have a long(er) exposure. It shows, and I agree that that takes away from the photo.
You might want to return to this park for a reshoot on a calmer day.
