I thought I would share one of my first lightning pics with you. I know it's overexposed in the bright areas, but lightning is unpredictable. It was taken well after dark at the very edge of a storm system my husband and I chased for 4 hrs. It was too rainy to get good shots at the beginning and we got this just before we headed home. Hope you enjoy it!

that is awesome, I think that the overexposure is not an issue I think it adds to the shot, it adds a lot to it gives a real sense of the power of the lightning.

another chaser on this sight????? Great capture by the way... Lightning is hard but not impossible as we can all see here.
