Good evening. A friend offered a camera Pentax 6 x 7 with fixed lens 200 mm. He wants the camera U $ 280.00. I wonder if it is worth buying this camera for that value. Thank U.

I'd jump on it......... but only if it's at least in functional condition.

But 200mm is a short tele for that format. You may want to check into a 90 or 75mm.

A good buy if in good condition. The 200mm is a good portrait lens but the 90 or 105mm lens would be more versatile for general photography and most any of the wide angle lenses would be great for landscapes, etc.

The Pentax 67 is a favorite of mine.

Which Pentax 67 body? Make sure this one has mirror lock-up. Plain or metered prism? It's a nice 6x7 system with affordable lenses.

280 is a great price at least around the central texas region. Typically they are selling for double that price.
