Phone camera photos at night

Hello everyone
my phone camera is good - Xperia Z5- but i am a beginner..... in good light, daytime i usually use Auto mode and i get excellent pics, the camera drops ISO to 40 and shutter speed to 1/1250 or so... ( i upload some samples ), when i shoot at night or evening the photo always comes blurry or noisy
I cannot change aperture (f/2) or shutter speed manually, only ISO and exposure compensation, or sometimes i use Nightscene mode but without getting better results.....

Buy a really good camera that makes lousy phone calls after dark?

I would look into lighting, possibly the only thing I can think of as a beginner. Ive been watching a lot of videos on tech and they have some amazing portable led lights to attach onto phones or even hide in scene to help with the dark option, other then that I think night photography is where cellphones tap out.
