Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Books.....remember those, made from trees, have great knowledge within........:study:

Thought it would be nice to start a discussion on your favorite photo books. I love collecting and reading old photo books.

New into photography...? BUY A BOOK! They are a wealth of info, still usable today.
Best part....they are very inexpensive. Most are a dollar or less.

Here are a few I got over the years for less than $1 each.......

One my favourite books on my shelf is Personal Best by Elliot Erwitt

"The Darkroom Handbook" by Michael Langford is pretty good. And cheap used. Covers B&W, C41, and photography in general. Colour.

If you can find it, Photo Lab Index. Not sure about authorship but it is about 6x8 and 3 inches thick of chemistry formulas. There may be a section on flat field optics but I'm not sure as the boss I had would never really let me look at it. He'd say "I'll take care of chemistry, you just use it"
