Photo scanners.

Hello everyone, I have a question about photo scanners. While I mostly use my cameras for video work, lately I have been receiving a lot and I mean a LOT of people’s personal photos to add to projects.

My question is does anyone know if any good reasonable priced photo scanners? By photo scanner I mean something that is fast. I have a photo flatbed scanner, but the process takes and insane amount of time to do. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The fastest option would be to set up a copy stand and lights and photograph the photo prints using your dslr. There are other setups you can do do capture slides and negatives via dslr also.
