Photography mentoring is it worth the $

So if one feels pretty confident about their work (of course there is always room to grow) is a mentoring session worth the $. I am looking to get my business off the ground, but am not sure if it is just put in the work over the next year or pay for a mentoring session.
Just looking for some input and experience with this.

Paying for a mentoring session isn't going to keep you from having to put in the work over the next year.
Whether or not it is worth it also depends upon the teacher and how well he or she mentors, how well you respond to their style of teaching. Rarely are they a waste if you do your research first.

Depends a lot on who the mentor is, and how much the dollar value is.
